Trishawmen of Kuala Terengganu August 21, 2006

If you look at the trishaws of the East Coast, particularly Terengganu, you will see that they are uniquely different from that of Penang or Malacca. One, their carriage is at the side, and two, they are more practical vehicles than ornaments as can be seen from the intensely decorated ones from Malacca. Here is a picture of a common trishaw by Pasar Payang, the main market in Kuala Terengganu.
