What this man is selling is one of the favourite items on any Chinese family dining table. It is called Siew Ngaip in Cantonese. In English, it’s roast duck.

The art of coming up with a super magnificent roast duck is an art that is jealously guarded by Chinese chefs. There are a handful of roast duck chefs in Klang Valley. These ducks are not cheap either!
