Prayers, poojas and traditional weddings September 21, 2006

The Mariamman Temple has elaborate carvings of deities, gold embellishments, semi-precious stones and motifs which are hand-painted, depicting tales from the early history of Hinduism.

The tiles of the temple walls in the interior were imported from Spain and Italy.
