Pardon me if I am wrong but I once roamed a pottery town in Taiwan. The whole place was filled with shops selling all kinds of pottery.

Really amazing creations and all by human hands. I believe the name of the town is YingGe. I think the locals called it the ceramics town. It’s about an hour’s drive from Taipei.

Yep YingGe is the place. There is also a little shop that sells Taochi (excuse spelling) that are just fabulous (Pasty buns with juicy meat inside stuck to the inside of a round oven (like a barrel.) When you bit into them you get some really juicy tasty luquid and meat .

Stop, stop. Don’t mention juicy buns like that. I am getting hunger pangs!.
