Chef Huang cooks a new dish November 7, 2006

Ah Hong or Ah Hoong as Chef Huang is known back in his homeland demonstrating how easy it is to cook white tau foo with slices of premium sliced sausages.

The dish is actually quite good. We tried it at home and it worked!

Any recipe for the dish mentioned above?

Actually, it is a very simple dish. Just insert slices of rectangular sausages (marinated, of course) in between pieces of white tau fu and put the dish in a steam.

The oil from the flat pieces of sausages will take care of everything.
