Roast birds fresh from the grill December 27, 2006

This bird even though is common is seldom seen at the hawker stall. But this delicacy showed up during the recent month of Ramadan.

It is actually quite delicious. In English, the bird is known as quail. One of those quiet road runners. Actually, I prefer frogs, those long-legged ones.
