Penang pasembur, why not? March 4, 2007Posted by asianpixmen in Activities, Culture, Food, Malaysia, People, Places.
Don’t ask me why they have given the name “pasembur” to the same dish that’s called rojak in other Malaysian towns.
Perhaps it is because the pasembur of Penang is different from the rojak sold elsewhere. Unless you are a connoisseur of pasembur, you won’t be able to tell the difference. Anyway, Penangites swear by their local delicacy.
