Lo shi fun doubles your culinary pleasure August 24, 2007Posted by asianpixmen in Culture, Food, Malaysia, Places.
The dish on the top left-hand corner is one of my favourite dishes. It is called Lo Shi Fun. Yes, there are many places that sell this particular item but there’s a shop in Taman Tun Dr Ismail that takes the cake for having the best lo shi fun in Klang Valley.
I am slightly bias because I have not tasted better elsewhere. This claypot lo shi fun comes laden with bits and pieces of marinated beef and pork. Yummy isn’t exactly the word. The word is mind-blowing good.
So it is not a surprise that out of 10 tables, at least seven tables will order this house specialty. Great stuff. Of course, you will need Chinese tea and a plate of vegetables to “neutralise” the oily but goody stuff!
