Faces in places August 3, 2008Posted by asianpixmen in Activities, Malaysia, Miscellaneous, People, Places.
All computer geeks know that Low Yat Plaza is the place you want to be if you are out looking for some PC related stuff.
So one weekend, when I had nothing better to do, I walked right into a crowd of about 10,000. All of them had the same idea as me, except I wasn’t that good at shoving, pushing and yelling.
At the main foyer, there was a major promotion going on. Something to do with mobile service provider and they hired some young people dressed up in various costumes. The girl was supposedly Marilyn Monroe, the other guy was the Chinese version of Michael Jackson.
Well “Michael” did his famous Billie Jean pose when I was about to snap his picture. And of course the Digi-man with his ever famous yellow costume.
Sometimes, it’s fun to walk right into a roadshow like that and make friends with the local “celebrities.”
