Yew char kuey has been around as long as I can remember. It is inexpensive and a rather popular item at pasar malam when it is fresh out of the wok. Hong Kong people eat this with porridge in the morning. I am not into that yet but I love it when I have nothing to do in front of the TV, except a hot teh tarik.
It is better than Munchies, that’s for sure!
